Our founder, Yelyzaveta Bakhazi, was born and raised in Donetsk, Ukraine, in a family deeply rooted in the culinary and restaurant industry. Growing up surrounded by chefs and restaurant directors, she developed an early appreciation for exceptional food, high standards, and the importance of delivering memorable experiences.

Her life journey has been shaped by both hardship and opportunity. After losing her home due to war, Yelyzaveta immigrated to Europe and began rebuilding her life from the ground up. Driven by determination and hope for a better future, she later moved to the United States after being selected in the Green Card Lottery — a life-changing opportunity that allowed her to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams.

Today, Yelyzaveta is a proud wife and mother, and the founder of Royal Roe LLC — a business built on the same values she grew up with: integrity, quality, and dedication.
